What a cool idea! It brought back many wonderful memories. Thanks Mindy! I miss those days. I'd wondered for years whatever happened to certain people (like Chris Inness!). Glad to know you're alive and happy Chris! I doubt many remember me, but for those curious folks who wonder- I'm married, have 2 kids (ages 7 & 8), and living in Lincoln again after 9 years in Seattle and K.C.

I was good buddies with all the guys on the in memory list. Its really cool to be able to see this site. I had heard about it and since i went to the brickyard so often in the day, its awesome to reminice about old times, especially about Colin! Keep up the good work!

I was told about this site by my daughter, Andrea Watkins. I always wondered what she was doing when she'd go there on Friday nights. I finally see what all the fuss was about. Actually not a whole lot different from a favorite teenage hangout of my own called Sandy's Escape which was in Benson (Omaha) back in the 60's. I'm glad you had a piece about Tony Ebers. Flash back! My brother, Randy, who taught me and many of my friends about the brickyard and other music beats sent this to Paula and I...what a treat! I am now an attorney in Orlando, Florida living in a 1910 home in a historic district downtown. I married a fellow lawyer. I am happy to say my hubby is in a great band. I periodically get to sing with them and love the chance hang out with friends at their "gigs". While I treasure the brickyard memories and the music, those who know me well I've still got to say, Prince rules! Take care and stay young at heart. -Rebecca

I have been playing a starring role in my own personal version of what I like to call "Poor Judgment Theatre." Since the days that we all remember so well, everything has become less abstract yet more unblieveable. I have been married for 5 years now and have two kids, two dogs and a corporate job (don't sweat it people, i'm just selling tents). For a brief stint I played in a couple of bands in Omaha (Billy Pilgrim, Gallo Chameleons) until my brain got fried by college, partying, my evil girlfriend, and frequent auditions for the starring role of Poor Judgment Theatre. I fled to Colorado where I have been in touch with Glen Shoemaker on and off. After ten years of fun, I followed my job to Phoenix, where I write this from now. I ran into Don Nelson down in Tucson a few months ago, and he is doing great. While I'm dropping names, I want to mention that I've been jamming with Jason Barton, playing a special flavor of music sound. That's my novel for now, remember, don't polish a turd.

Thanks to the creator of the site and to Brian Wood for the mail. The first show I saw was the DICKS and I was terrified. Then I drank I few beers and everything was better. Currently live in Leadville CO and work for the forest circus as a wilderness ranger. I've been happily married for 10 months now - have two happy dogs and a happy house. Howdy partner to all of my OLD! friends. Come visit - if we all don't get burnt up this summer.
